End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and Mod Menuz ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Software. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Mod Menuz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software for commercial purposes

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Mod Menuz is an independent modding community and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any game developers, publishers, or platform holders. All game names, logos, trademarks, and brands mentioned on our website or in our Software are the property of their respective owners.

The use of game names and trademarks is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association with or endorsement by the trademark holders.

4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

4.1 Intended Use

The Software is intended for use in single-player and offline game modes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Using mods, trainers, or cheats in online multiplayer modes may violate game terms of service
• Online use may result in account bans, suspensions, or other penalties
• You use the Software in online modes entirely at your own risk
• Mod Menuz is not responsible for any consequences arising from online use

4.2 Compliance with Laws and Terms

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Comply with the terms of service of any games you modify
• Use the Software responsibly and ethically

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. MOD MENUZ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOD MENUZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, SOFTWARE, OR DATA
• GAME ACCOUNT BANS, SUSPENSIONS, OR PENALTIES
• LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS OR IN-GAME ITEMS
• ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF MOD MENUZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mod Menuz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software
• Your violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including game terms of service
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

8. Software Updates and Support

Mod Menuz may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, patches, or improvements to the Software. We reserve the right to discontinue support or updates for any Software at any time without notice.

Any updates or modifications to the Software will be subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Mod Menuz or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other branding used on our website or in the Software are the property of their respective owners.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must:

• Immediately cease all use of the Software
• Delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession

Mod Menuz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violation of this EULA.

11. Third-Party Software and Content

The Software may contain or interact with third-party software, libraries, or content. Such third-party materials are subject to their own license agreements and terms of use. Mod Menuz is not responsible for any third-party software or content.

12. Privacy and Data Collection

13. Export Restrictions

The Software may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export or re-export the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mod Menuz operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mod Menuz regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to This EULA

Mod Menuz reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated EULA on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.
